These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and akc444 ("akc444", "we", "us", "the Platform"). 2.5 Each individual may hold only one active account. If duplicate accounts are detected, akc444 reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered account and to void any bonuses or winnings attributable to the duplicated accounts.

3. Account Security

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the akc444 Platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain a betting advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to accumulate winnings.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using Platform services.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or proxy.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward akc444 staff or other users.

akc444 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the akc444 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and the akc444 brand name — is the property of akc444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from akc444.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 akc444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, akc444 makes no warranties — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 akc444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, connection interruptions, or third-party payment delays.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits akc444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which akc444 holds its international gaming licence.
